Returns
RMA numbers are required for all returns. Any items returned without a RMA number will be refused. There will be a 25% restocking on all authorized returns.
Canceling Orders
If you wish to cancel a submitted order, contact us at sales@timeclockmall.com immediately. If the product has shipped before the order was canceled, please note that all shipping and handling fees will deducted from refund when we receive back the returned unopened and unused items.
